We designed our membership tiers so that you can choose (and pay) for what matters most to you. Whether you need a trusted family-office style relationship to plan your next decade of travel or merely some one-off advice on your next bucket-list trip, we can help (but if you already have a travel professional in your life, then you may not need us).
Trial Membership
We regularly invite potential members to sample our services as our guest for a three month trial period, since we believe that three months is all it takes to show what we can do. You will receive all of the benefits of Explorer membership, but you will not get the Hosted Villas credit or be exempt from booking or planning fees until you actually join as an Explorer member. Please fill out the application below and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Explorer Membership
Explorer Membership is designed for occasional travellers (1-2 trips per year) who like to do their own research and prefer to be hands-on in the planning process, but who also appreciate access to insider knowledge, assistance in booking, and complimentary VIP amenities. Benefits include:
Competitive market rates (the same or better than booking direct) on hotels, cruises, flights and other travel services;
VIP booking benefits, ranging from room upgrades and free breakfast to spa credits and food & wine amenities (average value of $250/booking);
$250 USD credit for Hosted Villas in-destination experiences on all villa bookings (minimum booking value of $10,000 USD);
Waiver of all booking fees (ranging from $25-$75 USD for non members) for travel service transactions such as flights and transfers;
Discount of 50% on hourly fee-based trip planning service ($100-$250 USD per hour for non members) for more complex itinerary planning
Access to hotel reviews & other kinds of travel intelligence.

Navigator Membership
Navigator membership is designed for sophisticated travellers who like to travel regularly (2-3 international trips a year), who know what they like but still prefer to rely upon the advice of experts, and who prefer to have someone else take care of the logistics and details so that they can focus on the big picture. Benefits include:
All of the same benefits of the Explorer Membership, from competitive rates to VIP benefits;
$500 USD credit for Hosted Villas in-destination experiences on all villa bookings (minimum booking value of $15,000 USD);
Waiver of all booking fees for travel service transactions such as hotel bookings, flights and transfers;
1 complex bespoke trip itinerary planned by a planning expert at no cost, and 50% discount on any additional trip planning services;
Cost per year: $500 USD
Globetrotter Membership
Globetrotter membership is designed for the frequent traveller who appreciates the finest things in life, including access to the highest level of service and expertise. Travel demands the same level of dedicated planning and trust as the management of significant wealth (indeed, travel is just another form of wealth), and this membership is the family office equivalent of travel. Benefits include:
All the same benefits of Navigator level, from competitive rates to VIP benefits;
$1,000 credit for Hosted Villas in-destination experiences on all villa bookings (minimum booking value of $20,000 USD);
Waiver of all fees for travel service transactions and unlimited bespoke itinerary planning;
Annual travel portfolio review and priority invites to events and special departures
