Globetrotter Membership is designed for the avid traveller who appreciates the finest things in life, including access to the highest level of service and expertise. Travel demands the same level of dedicated planning and trust as the management of significant wealth (indeed, travel is just another form of wealth), and this is the family office equivalent of travel.
Costs & Benefits
VIP Amenities.
Whenever you book through us, we offer access to a global menu of VIP benefits, ranging from room upgrades and free breakfasts to spa credits and food & wine amenities, without any increase in the cost to you (average value of $250/booking). Who doesn’t love free stuff?
Competitive Rates
We guarantee that you will receive competitive market rates on hotels, cruises, flights and other travel services, and in many cases, we are able to offer rates that are 20-30% better than booking direct due to our longstanding relationships.
Planning fees
We offer an hourly fee-based trip planning service ($100-$250 per hour depending on the seniority of the planner) for more complex itineraries, but Globetrotter members will receive unlimited access to bespoke planning services for the entire year.
Service fees
As a luxury travel company, we regularly charge service fees for all travel services (hotel and flight bookings, private tours, etc) ranging from $25-$100 per transaction, but Globetrotter members can access these services on a complimentary basis.
Hosted Villas Credits
All Globetrotter members will receive a $1,000 credit for use on in-destination experiences (private tours, private chefs, private transfers, etc) on their next villa booking with Hosted Villas (please note a minimum booking value of $20,000);
Travel Intelligence.
All members are given access to our black-book of insightful (and honest) hotel reviews, destination guides, favourite restaurant recommendations & other kinds of travel intelligence.
