Lounge poolside en famille or lose yourself among verdant olive groves while the kids' are engaged in a never-ending to-do list, from horseback riding to swimming lesson in the shallow kids pool.

What Doesn’t:

Not everyone is a fan of the kids camp vibe that can take over for time to time around the main pool. In a capricious bit of Spanish logic, one of the restaurants doesn’t open until the summer so dining choices may be limited, and tend to the carnivorous end of the spectrum. While the hotel and the overall service is top notch, the spa services and facilities are merely good enough.
